InnerREALM Investments (IRI) creates a diversified portfolio of direct real estate investments that are purchased at attractive bases, provide significant upside potential and, at the same time, are structured to minimize downside risk.

Each property is held individually, providing the opportunity to align the hold period with each property’s unique business plan. IRI targets opportunistic investments that typically provide both ongoing cash flow and intrinsic embedded value that can be realized over a 2- to 5-year hold period.

REALM Master Partnership (RMP) was originally conceived as the internal vehicle in which REALM principals could build their own long term ownership vehicle. The Partnership has now evolved to meet investor demand for a diversified and low-risk portfolio of properties that provide consistent and durable cash flow as well as the opportunity for long-term appreciation. We also structured the vehicle to act as an alternative to 1031 exchanges utilizing a 721-partnership code to be able to source attractive deal flow from owners of high-quality properties that have appreciated significantly.
